Why it will make vacation rental |
House is located in upscape waterfront community. Most units are million dollars plus homes. thre are only 16 cottages built. this is the only one available. We have had no problem renting this unit out for season and have had several inquires for longer term. Scripps from la Jolla is breaking ground here the end of the month bringing in additional 2k jobs, plus people who is will be looking for homes.
